This patch literally sucks, Any twink I was on I could kill 20-30 levels higher than me, and now? I can't even hit someone 10 levels higher. Thanks blizzard.

I guess this was Blizzards way of "fixing" hit for low lvl casters (?).

I'm enjoying it a fair bit actually. Haven't done a single BG, but am loving the skirms.

Was good to do some actual PvP on a 19 for once too!

Is this a post from Cataclysm expansion release?

Since then you wouldn't have been able to hit anything 10 levels higher than you, unless you had like 80% hit.
