Any unearthed bands with a suffix are indeed grandfathered. His link shows the new unearthed bands that do not come with a suffix, but if he's got the genuine article, they'd be worth quite a bit, if the bracket was still alive. :/

After they were grandfathered, the old ones kept their old 6/6 stat suffix, but also got the new 9agi/6stam stats added to them, so you'd end up with 15/12 +6crit bracers.
