2014 Twink Cup $1500 Prize Pool

Myrm, is this Twink Cup still happening? If so, how many teams have showed serious interest?

I have a serious team from Skill Ratio who is interested in competing for the grand prize.


P.S. You're an awesome guy for hosting something like this. It has led to lot of my members, including myself, becoming interested in queuing 19s again in preparation for this. You're the best Myrm!

It is still happening. One person has contacted me saying they have a team ready, and I've talked to one person from a team that seems likely to be fully prepared, so 3 teams including yours have shown recent interest. I'm assuming the EUs will also make a team.

I've got a team ready for this. Is this happening still? We will most likely have stream views from every player on my team.
 
Suggestion: can we get a list of signed-up teams in the original post or the reserved one thereafter? Not a full roster of teams, but like, at least the leader and maybe they can submit a name for team.

I'll add the teams that confirm that they have a team ready in this thread to the second post.
 
besides the 3 confirmed teams, there's prolly gonna be at least 3 more from what I've heard. This is gonna be epicc.
 
I updated my stream and added a widget for the 19 tournament and i would like to promote the tournament in my 19 podcast... with this said as we are within a month of the tournament starting, could we get an updated clean cut thread for signups/rules/regulations/etc? It would not only help the team leaders manage their rosters, but it would give ample amount of time if done in the next few days to encourage more teams from outside the bracket a realistic time to make a team. Props again Myrm for setting this all up, looking forward to promoting this and getting as many teams/brackets/players involved in this event!

Edit: Sidenote... best of 3/5/7 for arenas seems fine, for wsg im not sure people have that much time in the said weekend to play that many games!

Streaming is encouraged but you're doing so at your own risk. Stream cheating will be against the rules but there will need to be very concrete evidence that it's happening for a team to be disqualified.
 
So basically if you wanna win the tournament just roll hunts or shamwows?

Edit: kinda late to the ball here, but this is a generous tournament. Too bad 5.4 completely unbalanced low lvl pvp. Id honestly give any fury warrior that wins this comp all my gold xD
