These are things that is by fact better:
Greater Stats to chest
Emissary Cuffs of Agility (9 Agility) (or monkey) from Gnomer
Greater Inscription of Vengeance on shoulders
Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders
Bangalash's Claw
Blackvenom Blade (very very hard to get, BoA PvE dagger would be fine)
Ashen Gloves
Satchell Bandit belt
2x Charged Gear of Agility (9agi) (or monkey) from Gnomer
Arena Grand Master
Inherited Insignia of the Alliance
Temple's Vest
And full proffs :)

Optional:
I personally like Elemental Force better for Assasination, cause it procs of poison too

i might get some upgrades =) dagger is one

and mongoose procs crazy in dungeons never in bgs xD

Thank you very much. May I ask why you are using Dancing Steel x2? I have been researching the daylights out of the 4 "favorite" enchants and have found myself needing to keep track of what folks say are bis.

I picked up the MH boa sword and put EF on it, but have an extra dagger and am more than willing to pick up multiple sets if switching weapons to take advantage of multiple procs is viable at this level(24).
 
I use double DS because insane AP boost, But as you said a weapon with Elemental Force in MH is a good choise if you have DS in OH.
