Its basically just preference, I'd go with the stam since its a harder stat to come across at 15. If you want to go for max dps set def invoker's signet then though. Doesnt make too much of a difference

A 15 lock? Mind if I ask for your armory? In truth; with the amount of burst within this bracket, even though our (15s) health scales up by 200 or so, we can still be bursted down really easily. I'm applaud that your doing a warlock despite the lack of fear. Back onto topic,
Slayers Band + Dread Pirate Ring in my mind is best in slot, on account of the stam and crit, and you need as much stam as you can get now to survive.
