Am I the only one experiencing this? I fight some rogue, he pops evasion when mine's still on CD, I die, 1 minute later I meet him again and hes able to use it, While yet again, mine's still on CD. Idfk, but its really irritating me. Its never available when I need it most.. And a 3 min CD seems a little extreme. It just seems that other players use it a bit more often
 
Since Preparation isn't available until higher levels it's unlikely that anyone could pop evasion twice while yours is still on cooldown.

However, Blizzard is planning on making some changes to Evasion next patch that should help you out somewhat. It's tentatively being increased to give 100% dodge instead of 50, the duration is being lowered from 15 to 10 seconds, and the cooldown is going down to 2 minutes when 5.4 comes out. It won't last as long but it'll be more reliable and usable more often.
 
maybe you just dont notice the time, when you are pvping time goes by really fast, or were they different rogues?

Omg , -_- , GO and see the changes be4 you speak -_- , Its 2minCD and 100% doddge in next patch ... !

I don't know how, I don't know why, but sometimes there are special players, who manage to never have any CDs. Met one or two shamans who just started casting again after kick interrupted their spell,,, I mean kick... KICK, the one that blocks the whole school of magic for 5 secs -_- And it happened several times in a row.
Maybe some super cool addon or whatever.

If only it was like that... I would have said "skilled player" but it was really fishy.
Nobody is capable to stop his/her cast 0,1 sec before the kick comes randomly six times in a row! That guy was carrying the flag in WS. We were attacking him with at least five players. Every time I used kick, his casting stopped instantly and he just casted again. No five seconds of waiting.

I'd rather fakecast me to death than die in the kick of some wanabe DPS.
