what are those swords?
 
They are Corrupted Ashbringer - Item - World of Warcraft

To get the look:
1. group up with someone who has the item
2. do a dungeon/raid
3. need on item
4. trade item to owner of item you want it tmogd to
5. he tmogs it (keeps it equipped)
6. he zones back in and trades it to you

- When you are on the same realm, the tmog effect might take some time till it is visible (can take some days even).
- When you do it crossrealm, the tmog effect should immediately be visible
- This only works with items which can be traded for 2 hours.
- Regular tmog restrictions still apply, e.g. for Ashbringer your char has to be at least 60, class specific items only work on the respective classes

I haven't tested this as of late, so I'm not sure wether it got fixed. I still think it should work though.

The T6 Slayer set for Rogues along with cursed visions from illidian and both legendary swords from Black temple. In my opinion they look amazing on a human rogue female :).
