With Blizzard accepting twinking as a part of low level PvP, came quite the shock in our twinking system, brackets fell and others rose - preferences shifted and we got to the point we're standing at now. And well... change happens!
Most of the low-level brackets kept flourishing and even new ones were brought up; 20-24s and 10-14s were unheard of before! Even though seeing people giving it their best to help brackets grow is quite cheering, nothing can beat the people that fight to bring back their dead brackets and especially the ones that actually make it! So in favor of those people, I'd like to flash today's spotlight to Europe's 39 bracket!
As most mid-level brackets, the 39s had a real rough time when they got cut off from non-twink players. Even so, with most players having quit or moved to other brackets, the remaining twinks continued having fun with world pvp and wargames - no battlegrounds though and thats what slowly pushed them towards inactivity.
Almost half a year later, dedicated players have begun a resurrection campaign for their bracket - and to everyone's amazement, they are really making things work! A large number of retired and new twinks have now joined the bracket, and it seems that the activity on Draenor, which is the base server for 39s, is going up with each and every day! The 39 bracket in itself is an extremely balanced place with the right foundations to support all classes and specs - I can vouch for it myself, if my word counts anything to you guys... ;p
To aid these players on their heartwarming quest, we are asking all of you to drop by the 39's forum board, check out the current situation, and if you like the way things are, make your own 39 twink to play with! If things keep moving in the same direction, the bracket will reach it's long past glory and we'll have achieved a major asset for the twinking community!
