Us 39 activity.

Funny I just spoke with toasters 2 nights ago in game about 39 twinks. He himself said theyre dead. Frankly... I agree.

39s had their chance. Too many idiots were rolling classes that were ruining the bracket and people said "**** it, im done". People stopped queing, and the games slowly stopped happening. People went to other brackets and this bracket is inactive atm. There are still plenty of 39 twinks out there, but no one(including myself) wants to play a bracket full of people class stacking the most OP classes.

I have a few 39's just sittin here that I'd love to play. Heck 1 of em even has the riding turtle mount. Just sittin there wasting away. I've debates lvling him but I still have hope that one day 39's will be active again.

i came back to the game after an 18 month break, thought ill roll a new 39 instead of paying for my second account and yeah i got games the first week but now the pops are pretty much non existent. will always be my favorite bracket and im hoping it eventually makes a comeback

They were very active not long ago, but they slowly stopped happening.

I dropped out of the bracket a few months ago because of the elitist attitudes and abrasiveness more than anything.

The bracket was fun. The people were not.

Plus the strat of turtleing on ramp to roof EVERY match made games boring and repetitive sometimes.

Holding choke is a flawless stratigy for when both sides had the Flag.

Flare/Magma Totem @Choke at all times.

Keep FC out of LoS of the enemy players but In LoS of the healer.

Keep the healer on top of the Choke's Ramp, making the travel-time(for the enemy) even longer for them to get to the healer.

It's repetitive because it works.

Still boring an repetitive and noncompetitive. Makes it so class makeup blows away skill in importance.

...and if both sides have it locked down its just a race to see which side can luck one rogue through to one shot the debuffed FC.

Skill involves tactics that give you the advantage over other people. You have to be dumb not to use this tactic if u have access to a shaman or/and hunter.

The point of this is to keep the over powered rogues/feral druids from 2 shotting the FC when he/she gets the debuff. Using propper teamwork is necessary to get through a team's choke if they use that strat. Propper CC, Focus Firing, and Off healing is necessary and is why this bracket is much more difficult for "unexperienced" players to handle the 39 bracket's common WSG matches.

The bracket didnt die because people did this, the bracket died because too many people were getting sick of players playing the most OP classes rather than classes that were short on numbers.

lol I never said that was what caused the problem. It sure didn't help though. Same with OP classes....you can't legitimately claim that it was what killed the bracket since all the other live brackets have the exact same issue.

Why do you say that? Would you perfer they didnt so that rogues and feral druids could easily run up to the FC and 2 shot them when they got the flag debuff?

I can easily say that.

14-19 bracket was the first twink bracket made, people play it because it's super easy to get to level 19, give your toon BoA gear, and be half way twinked with that alone.

20-24 bracket is alive because of trial accounts, that's it.

Havent played 60-64 or 70-74 in awhile, but 60-64 was the first end game bracket and WAS the last bracket that didnt use resilience until ppl started doing it with 64s. 70-74 is the bracket that is super easy to get your toon with honor alone.

35-39 bracket died because it had only so many players, and every time a new player came in; it was either a MM hunter that spammed aimed shot or a Sub Rogue who sat in Midfield and farmed. On a rare occasion, it was a random idiot who had no gear/enchantments or anything. People got tired of it all and stopped queing; including myself.

The Old-timers who played the 39 bracket got sick of it and stopped queing. Including PTL who was IMO the biggest 39 twink guild after the shattering. IIRC most of them left and played End-Game PvP and got their RBG team to 2.4k.

How am I supposed to know? Mitch never gave me crap even before I was in PTL, I stopped playing 39s for a few weeks; came back and no one was ever online. Whatever happened when I was away must of made him and everyone else move back to endgame pvp.

What sucks is back in vanilla people used to be able to play both main and twink but doesn't seem the case nowadays.
