Odd combo works perfectly for arena. Check it!

Hello guys here is Lolreally. Just wanted to let you guys know how this Odd combo works out for me. maybe other people will like to play the same way.



Okay so what i play now is Disc priest/ Shadow priest in 2s.

Works extremely well. Atm we are at a 20-10 ratio.

Basicly we would win all we meet. Only one downside.

Meet a Hpaladin and you will lose. Due to his dispelling and his endless mana.

I do have to say Double mana burner/ Double shield user and the Double fear works extremely well.

And then the last good skill. Try double Shadow fiend someone. You will be surprised how quick someone drops.



I have experienced some nice times with this combo. Im still trying to perfect it with my mate. we both had around 2.3k mmr at level 80. Now we sit at 1.8k mmr for some odd reason.



Yet i want to see if any other people could get this combo to work.

Firstly, are you talking about 70 arena in this thread? Secondly, Cyclone's Battlegroup EU old rank 1 used to be shad priest/ disc priest but due to the sheer amount of counters to this combo they dropped rating and disbanded. It is a strong combo for 2 of the same class however, with the diminishing returns on fears and some of the priests main strengths (like shield and fear) are disabled.
 
Yep 70s arena. Ye its very true. double rogue or mages really dont got much on us. only times we have a hard time is against either a Hpaladin or a PvE bis geared Sub rogue. wich drains alot of hp.

Haha old rank1 was so easy to beat with mana drain, when it gets removed it will all be 45 min games cause u aint killed a spriest with those offheals, or a non-oom disc priest with a spriest offhealing:)

20-10 is really bad if ur talking about 70. Shields don't stack, the disc should be the one spamming shields, Shadowfiends are easily LOSed, rooted or CCed. Its a lame comp wouldn't go there
 
yea not sure why this is titled "works perfectly" when you got a 2:1 win ratio and you admit you lose whenever there's a holy pally. doesnt seem like the best comp idea

Did they fix shield stacking? I remember at level 70 we used 6 shields on the main tank after Illidan switched phases (Yes, giving him 6 weakend soul debuffs at once).

Not everyone is a druid who can easily Root and outrun a shadowfiend. And if you do root the pet it at least keeps the priests free. Also, root is easily dispelled, especially when you have two dispellers.

2:1 w:l is horrible. Me and my mate played feral rogue, we went 42:0 before we had our first loss, and that was due to an unfortunate incident involving high latencies. We smashed 2k in 2 hours, and that was with long queue times. So for you to say that 2:1 w:l is good makes me laugh.
 
Lets face it guys most of u are very happy with that win rate. We all know none of u can get 90% + without Tazik.

Yeah thats basically the plan, not that sad to get carried by a tinker instead of having skill. U'll cry over ur 50% win rate when they fix it.
 
except when you have skill and a tinker. its called twinking.....you get the best gear available no matter what (except i draw the line at outright cheat/glitching for gear - which doesnt include tazik). oh and i dont use them but ive played and won against teams that use shockers.
 
Have enough skill to not exploit bugs, sup?

since when is leveling engineering an exploit? sup.

maybe you should get some gold and do it if its so good. balance the playing field against the bads that use them to beat you.

I have more then enough gold to get Tazik, why would I lower myself to their level? sup

Exploit might be a bad description, but I think we can say it is not intended. 75 is the requirement for all the other cata prof buffs, and so it should be for engineering.
 
blizz either overlooked it and they'll get grandfathered tazik soon, or its intended. as of now its working as intended (tm) so i dont consider it an exploit. and if you can beat the "bads" using it, why complain. if they beat you, level the playing field. simple as that
 
Rofl like i can't beat some tazik noobs my winrate would be different if they actually knew how to use it. I'm just saying people get carried with it, not saying it's possible to beat me cause u have a tazik lmfao
