How to get 545 gear.

Hi. New to 70 here. I've seen people in bgs with 545 gear. But when I look on the ah across different realms all 545 gear has a level 76 requirement. I am also looking on the tooltip on the buy page. Does this gear show up on the AH showing level 70? Do I just keep looking til I see 545 gear with a level 70 requirement? I've heard so many conflicting things that I don't know what's going on. I've heard the gear was "fixed". Then I see people in bgs with 545 gear. Can you still buy the gear off the AH? And if you can, will it say a level 70 can equip it?

existing 70 gear was 'fixed' around 5 months ago (sheesh it's really been that long huh) but all 70 gear in warbank/guild bank/void storage survived/were untouched. Now, blizzard seems to have stopped focusing on fixing newer versions so they are somewhat 'safe'/stable.

you can in theory buy them off AH for EXTREMELY steep prices. I would not recommend it as they become useless instantly come midnight, unless you have fk you money it's simply not worth it. U can get 515 for a 'meh' resonable price or get carried through doti hardmode by 80s for 509 tier set gear.
