Best Classes to Twink

For this bracket (10/11) What are the best classes to twink? The most powerful in dsp and healing or being tanky?

I have a Fury Warrior - Super Strong in DPS and movement speed.

I'm thinking about Shadow Priest next or a Ret Paladin. What's the Tier list for Classes/Specs A-Z?
 
The most powerful I would prob say druid tank, resto cat, fury, mist monk, resto sham, holy priest

Destro lock, ret pala, arcane mage are not as “op”, still big dmg

But tbf every class is good at this lvl, scaling is broken

How is DeathKnight and Rogue?
 
My 11 Evoker feels like a twink even amongst other twinks. It's the only low level twink I really F with atm. My G-Druid and Shaman are still quite capable, but are not even in the same league as my Evoker. There is really no comparison.

I'm 100% positive that if they could currently be made after MoP Remix, they would either be the current FotY or would have been long since nerfed.

Well we do have Legion Remix coming up this year so stay tuned. As for twinking, I sincerely don't see Blizzard investing a ton of resources into fixing it because realistically it wouldn't be that hard for them to isolate the causes of the strength and nerf it. If they wanted to they could just nerf Lifestealing enchant and the only people who would notice it are twinks.

I think Blizzard has kind of hit a point where as long as they aren't a problem in the community they won't care. If twinks in dungeons was a constant stream of "level 11 warrior going 189% speed through the dungeon and outranging everybody from kill xp" and it led to complaints, they'd do something. Although probably nerf speed in all honesty. I think they recognize that benevolent dungeon twinks do help the game and I would be willing to wager the move to ban people using the macro to party disband was more to do with abusing a system blatantly. I imagine they'd probably remove Experience Eliminated by now if the community wouldn't meltdown and scream "OH LOOK! THEY'RE DRIVING UP TOKEN SALES BY ALLOWING TWINK BOOSTING FREELY!"

Yet it is important to remember Experience Eliminated happened when Blizzard was coming up with new and exciting ways to make the leveling process more tedious. Chromie Time wasn't even an idea yet and Blizzard just had pivoted from all of Legion where leveling was pretty fast and simple to in 7.3.5 when they added Allied Races making it a massive pain in the ass again like we were back in Wrath which had a lot of people thinking they did it deliberately to drive up boost sales. Then in BFA you had a massive banwave that caught a lot of players who were using a bug to stack experience potions. Then for a bit there was a level 111 Demon Hunter Twink dream going on where a lot of streamers were getting boosted on alts through island expedition twinks or being carried through dungeons and that was when Experience Eliminated happened.

These are two different Blizzards and this one I sincerely don't think cares about twinks to the point of stopping them or even rendering it a "Well you can but it's a massive pain in the ass to do for any results" status. If they did, they'd have slapped a lifestealing gut on top of the WoD dungeon gear nerf.
