Got it on the first try lol. Also the parjesh trinket 10 min prior to that. I don't know if it's insane luck or the drop rate is higher than 2%

Didn't really loot it, this comes from a quest but nonetheless, a funny neck
Can't use the medaillon setting on it sadly
