Loot comes as usual ilvl84. Most annoying part is finding a summon and then don't fakap with instances limit, since external reset has no tracking tools.
ps: since we're getting a lot of minuscule patches lately, each weekly reset may get you hs'ed out with instance being wiped.

To get a lvl 20 to Magisters' Terrace you will need a help from warlock who will summon you inside the dungeon. During the summoning process you have to be (for example) in skirmish arena so your level is higher and thus summon is possible.

The minimum level required to enter Magisters' Terrace is 25 (but in skrimish arena you are 29).
