Teebu's Scorching Straight Sword (BFA)

Sameeds ring and other epic rings are from legion zones. You would farm them on a 20 to use on a 20

I believe they are ilv82. They can proc socket socket and/or tertiary stat as well

Not sure on weapons.

It is an anywhere drop though, so you would be best served to hit the same farms where the mounts drop from, & possibly kill 2 birds with one stone.

I was a hardcore world farmer before DF & have never seen the ring before. We saw capes & trinkets galore, but if memory serves me, the rings were very scarce.
Besides... you can go farm up any of the current season M+ rings & slap some gemslots on them, getting far more potency than you would the swag-value of a Legion Epic ring.

Posted this a few weeks back. Info on places to farm for World Drop BoE's
If you were farming for Teebu's, again: It will only drop for a toon at BFA max level, so you'd want to farm the Stormsong valley spot where the farmers grind for the mount.
THe ring can drop anywhere, but the 2 spots cited below are your best bet.

I seem to recall Fallhaven Pig being the BiS farm for BoE green cloaks.
Head there witha farmer 2 levels higher than your toon's & May RnJeezuss bless you.
For rapid transit, a Druid may set their hearth with Athair , who is just nearby the Farm.

There's always the brutal solo-grind for an Epic Legion Cloak drop. Your best chance at farming up one, or any of the BoE Epics from Legion:
Ghosts in Azuna - Ancient Flamecaller & others around 56,65
or Candlebois in Highmountain - Bluewax Graverobber at 55,46
For these, you'd head out on your toon themselves, as the epic BoE's drop at your level.

WoD capes are a bummer, as they have a specific mainstat on them & don't mold to the wearer, but the 'Apexis Rares' can be farmed daily.
The Agi cape Craven Coward's Cloak is from Gibblette the Cowardly
Don't remember where to get an Int cape from, but since you're a Bear that shouldn't matter.

Thanks for the information, who knows, maybe one day I'll go after the epic cape and the rings
I'm currently farming the Destiny Sword, I've already gotten one and I'm after the second one for my Fury Warrior
The farm has been a pain, I must have dozens of hours over the two months that I've been trying to farm

But one day it will come haha
I think the cool part is that I'll be able to use my Warrior to farm Legion, since in the Classic Epic Farm I have to use 5 random lvl 16 alts, thus leaving my character on standby
