It's just a joke, sorry you found it offensive. That's what came to my mind when I read your post mentioning hunters and then checked your (unfinished) char. HPal is super strong, very tough and well able to 1v1 hunters.
People here pointed you in the right direction, with proper gear your HPal will rock, don't worry about that.

1 int socket bonus, set bonus and 5 vers. Simply better stats. Crit is pretty much wasted on resto so it doesn't matter.

For main hand weapon, check the caster section on twinkdb. There are a few quest items that can proc and upgrade to blue/purple. Those would be best. (https://www.wowhead.com/item=37041&ilvl=24, https://www.wowhead.com/item=38135&ilvl=24, https://www.wowhead.com/item=61110&ilvl=24) Otherwise get a blue/purple dungeon drop. https://www.wowhead.com/item=17943/fist-of-stone?ilvl=25 is also nice if you have mana issues.
Offhand - Try the rare for https://www.wowhead.com/item=160447?ilvl=25. If you want you can also farm https://www.wowhead.com/item=158322&ilvl=25 with socket or farm chests in Wetlands for a https://www.wowhead.com/item=13031?ilvl=27

Be sure to check the items on twinkdb as they're all obtainable and I could've missed some.

Do you by any chance have such an amazing list for frost DK, too? I have been using some armory ppl for pure F2P and checked the unholy guide on twinkdb, but somehow its confusing / not feeling right since I dont know which armorys are good. I would just love to see the comparison and what I would need to farm (maybe even together with my druid since on different accounts) to get him up to speed, if I am sick of healing. :p

Ofc I understand if u dont have time to do that, maybe u could suggest me a good frost DK armory in that case, as orientation. :)

You, along with everybody else in America and Europe, doesn't know how to play a restoration druid. As Supâcow I just drop into bear form with my HoTs rolling and absorb Aimed Shots and Chaos Bolts, Soul Fire with ease. The problem here is you. You don't know what the hell you're doing with a resto druid. Neither does any other player in this bracket on the face of this earth, except me. I still have yet to find another resto druid that even knows or understands how to gear correctly. And when it comes to statistics on charts. As a resto druid, I am always in the top two in every battleground I ever play in damage AND healing. I'm sorry but I'm sick and tired of all you crybabies not wanting to learn to really manipulate a restoration druid. Instead of blaming your lack of skill, you blame the class itself. And while you cry babies are shedding tears. I'm running around in Battle for Gilneas doing 100,000 damage and 93,000 in healing without even noticing.
