Spellbatching changes with patch 1.13.7

Guessing this will not allow ele shamans to use elemental mastery for a double crit anymore? If so, bummer! How will this effect other pvp?

(Link to patch notes)
Spell batching removed
  • The 400ms “spell batch” window has been reduced to 10ms.
  • This should cause most player abilities to behave in a more responsive way, with damage and healing applied to targets faster. Certain operations in the game now resolve faster, such as purchasing multiple quantities of items from vendors rapidly.
  • Paladin seals will now persist on the Paladin for a very short time after they’re replaced by a different seal, so that “seal twisting” remains possible.

I think rogue immuning using vanish is going to be affected. That's the rumblings recently anyway. Which will suck.

You can vanish cc and it will not land. Ex: vanishing as someone rocket helms you. Cc will not land. Same with blind, cheapshot, etc.

As someone who is currently leveling a 5x ele shaman for a new main in TBC, you can still absolutely get crits with elemental mastery with chain lightning and earth shock, but you have to be both faster and closer than before.

Why would you level 5x shaman?..
