Engineering questions (Spinal Healing Injector/Nitro Boosts)

1. Level up Cata engi and you just learn it automatically.

ok thx.

2. It's gfed. @Andre don't even say it.

it's not GF'd if you can find belt with ilevel>30, to be honest i probably want the injector over the boost anyway.

the point of a speed build is to run around in circles and heal people while kiting melee, i'd rather want a large heal on short CD than another speed boost in addition to https://www.wowhead.com/item=132963/young-drakes-impulse , https://www.wowhead.com/spell=190784/divine-steed and https://www.wowhead.com/item=23824/rocket-boots-xtreme?bonus=6844

And the only belts over level 30 are greys with no stats, which Andre will be eager to point out.

Not worth using unless you're just trying to run back to a dungeon entrance fast or some shit.

I say it's GFED bc the only actual usable belt that we could apply it on was the ilvl 50 belt you got from Legion pillar quests. Nitro boosts applied to those remained after they were squished down to 25 and are still usable today.

Injector is bonkers, use it if you're not gonna use frag.

one would think in a kiting build that the frag belt would be of better use than the heal?

it is much harder to use than a 1-min CD LoH though. i am never afraid to point out my own limits.

it says requires 450 engineering

Just make obsidium bolts until you learn it. It also only requires level 1 cata to use, not 450. So once you learn it and apply it you can drop the prof to do something else and then relearn cata eng later on to start using the injector again.

You dont need to learn it again the second time unless you want to apply it to more belts, so do them all first time.

edit- sometimes you learn it right away, sometimes the bolts craft turns green but it comes eventually...

1, How to get? https://www.wowhead.com/spell=82200/spinal-healing-injector

it says requires 450 engineering, does this mean you need 300 vanilla engineering? can someone with this explain a bit?

2, How to apply? https://www.wowhead.com/spell=55016/nitro-boosts

based what I have heard, it requires a belt with ilevel greater than 30, is anyone aware of any quest reward belt or world rare drop that has an ilevel greater than 30?
https://www.wowhead.com/spell=55016/nitro-boosts requires ilevel 29

My druid has them on the only belt I am aware of that they could be put on, the old ilvl 50 belt from the legion zone finishers that are gf'd. I only really use it to get across mid quicker to get the flag.

No excuses on a tauren :p but realistically i'd use frag on any class as it's great defensively as well.
