Anyone know if they removed the xp on n off? So we can actually q? Orrrrrrrrrrr is twinking still going to be shut down. With DHs and DKs being below level 10, it'll be fun to see them at 19 n 20s. Just wanna know if I can be excited to dust off twinks or not

Qs are still split by xp on and off. Tested this on ptr with 4 toons trying to que arenas

I don't wanna re-hash too much what I already mentioned in my other post (linked here), but the long and short is come join my growing community of people on Stormrage for SL 19's! PM me for Discord invite, as I am not making that public just yet.
(glanced at the post, neat ig) How are you planning on twinking if the brackets aren't unmerged and youre still going to earn xp in BGs? Granted, you can q, leave, gain minor xp. That's temporary though, not perm. Personally doesn't seem worth the time, unless there's an actual loop hole.

Seems like there won't be hope then. Pretty unforch :/

you do know that people with XP-off can still que, they just only get games against other people with xp-off. So, gather a large enough community and you can get a couple nights here and there of casual games.

-OR-

Wargames dont give xp. And you can gather enough people to have scheduled wargames.

Thats the idea here. If all you want is to be able to log in and casually que up for games at any given time on any given day, you'll have to stick to vet/f2p or expac capped twinks

What people do is that a bracket come together, decide on which days and times PuGs happen and likewise when wargames are gonna happen. As things progress or degress, changes are made actively and proactively (looking at trends).

This is how it was in the WoD EU revival, multiple US revivals, the BFA revival (EU + US) and probably how it will stay.

This unfortunately also leaves a lot of responsibility on those stepping up to actually manage the bracket(s). Ultimately the goal is always that those managing the brackets can linearly decrease their efforts over time until the bracket is self-sufficient.

It's a lot of work and ultimately it has to be a community effort in the end and not just a few individuals that'll end up getting burnt out after a few months because not even Noah's Ark could carry you animals (little joke ofc.)

I'm aware of this, this is how 19s was during WoD and somewhat Legion. Wasn't fond of it after a while, got boring. It's not the same when it's against the same people. Especially when classes aren't spread out to be balanced, but then people couldn't play their favorites. Implemented tournies between guilds, teams were made, that was fun, but then it died as expected. I'll prob just level all my twinks and just stick to endgame. Was fun while it lasted. F2P has its ups n downs, maybe itll be different in SL. No vets, just pure F2Ps again like the good ole days of Cata. If not, well... It was fun. There's always good ole classic for the twinkaroos to be played on :) Still gotta update my rogues enchants over in that world, has had his gear since P1. Think TBC is gonna be launched by blizzard too soon I've heard

Perhaps a question that has already been answered, but what is the new free to play level cap? Is it going from 20 > 10?
