40-49 Level 49 Shaman Twink (ENH) BiS help (Classic)

Hi all!

Amazing site you guys have here. I'm getting into the twinking side of WoW and I am struggling to find anything current for talents and BiS for a 49 Enhancement Shaman twink.

I've found a lot of older stuff and I've built the best gear I can reasonably acquire on WoWhead's gear planner (which I can't link yet).

Does anyone have advice on how to best gear and spec a 49 ENH shammy on Classic?

Current gear

Race: Orc

Head: Helm of Exile
Neck: Woven Ivy Necklace
Shoulders: Phytoskin Shoulders
Chest: Vest of the Den Watcher
Waist: Protector Waistband
Legs: Serpentskin Leggings
Feet: Elven Chain Boots
Wrist: Bracers of the Stone Princess
Hands: Rockgrip Gauntlets
Ring 1: Blackstone Ring
Ring 2: Mark of Hakkar
Trinket 1: Rune of the Guard Captain
Trinket 2: PvP Trinket
Back: Pridelord Cape
2H: Kang the Decapitator

Any advice would be great--even if it's just suggestions on how to weight the items I can search on the character planner. I'm really new at this and need all the help I can get!

Thanks for an awesome resource and for any advice.

Since there isn't really a fleshed out 49 shaman BiS ill add this.

Helm - Raging Berserker's Helm - Drops from Herod in Scarlet Monastery Armory. This helm is BiS because ontop of having 13 str which is decent enough in its own right it comes with 1% crit chance which you want for WF crits.

Neck - Woven Ivy Necklace.

Cape - Dark Hooded Cape. - If you lack the gold or this is to rare on your server you can opt for the Battlehard Cape

Shoulders - Atal'ai Shoulders of the Monkey - While BiS these are somewhat unrealistic to get. You can 'settle' for of the wolf or boar affixes and if you can't run ST at all; Your other options are Phytoskin Shoulders from Razorlash in Mauradon or Herod's Shoulders from Scarlet Monastery Armory as a last resort.

Chest - Atal'ai Breastplate of the Monkey - Again while BiS it is unrealistic to get loot from Sunken Temple troll bosses, let alone this specific affix. You can 'settle' for of Power or of Agility. If you fail to get these Vest of the Den Watcher is BiS from the Winterfall Activity furbolg quest in Winterspring.

Waist - Defilers Chain Belt - This is another must get item along the same vein as the Berserker's Helm. It comes with in built 34 AP and 1% crit chance.

Legs - Serpentskin Leggings are BiS. You can also get the Legguards of the Vault BoE from Uldaman which sacrifices some crit chance for extra health. If you fail to find either of these you can settle for Scarlet Leggings from Scarlet Monastery bosses, they have the highest AP of the 3 items but sacrifice crit chance.

Feet - Defilers Chain Greaves - These have 3 less agility than Elven Chain Boots but almost double the stamina and come with in built movement speed increase.

Wrists - Bracers of the Stone Princess.

Hands - Gauntlets of Divinity from Scarlet Monastery Cathedral Bosses & Rockgrip Gauntlets from Mara are about equal in power here, Gauntlets have no int and slightly less stamina but offer slightly more raw AP.

Ring 1 - Blackstone Ring
Ring 2 - Legionnaire's Band from the Warsong Supply officer - 10 STR 9 Agility 6 Stamina. It's very heavily weighted in stats you want for high WF crits.

Trinket 1 - Rune of the Guard Captain.
Trinket 2 - Optional, most people will use tidal charm here for the free stun, your pvp trinket to break CC is also viable. If you want to really cheese people and have the gold or mats to power level engineering, you can get Gnomish Death Ray, if you combine this item with the engineering helmet that stuns enemies you can even 1 shot level 60s.

Also as far as race goes it is for the most part, irrelevant. 25% AP from Orcs is good but wont contribute much realistically. Your ability to 1 shot people comes largely from unbuffed critical WF hit damage. You will 1 shot people with or without the extra 25%. In fact going off this; Trolls would be the most beneficial as their extra attack speed offers extra chances at getting those crits. Tauren are also fine for the extra stun and work particularly well when paired with tidal charm for your second trinket to double stun.
