I'm curious if anyone knows how high an item exchanged from the relinquished tokens can titanforge to. I'm still trying my hand at obtaining an arcanocrystal or terrorbound nexus and I wasn't sure how powerful the items could actually get. I've seen an item warforge to 202 ilvl but I haven't seen anything higher.

I had 230 once from 180 token but chances are really small.
