Any servers with active twink duelling?

Hi guys,

Thinking of server transferring my twink to a different realm with a lot more twinks - I am on Horde Draenor-EU at the moment but I would prefer duelling other twinks as BG times are so long.

Not sure if Alliance would be better for me and going to Goldshire etc but if anyone knows any active EU servers with active twink duelling, please let me know.

Outland eu (Alliance) daytime has tons of level 20s to duel, no 19s tho

I have had a few every now and again but it takes 1+ hours of me just afking until it pops in EU & tbf the games are usually terribly one sided so it's just not fun :[
