EU+US Replaying Quests

As I saw at the 8.2.5 patch content Blizzard will allow players to do quests with friends even if they already completed them, players will be capable to replay a quest once per day.
Any thoughts?

Do they mean 1 quest per day?

1 EVERY quest per day, so when you done for examle quest of #4 evidences in westfall you can't get chest from it again in 24h, but you can do next quests to try rewards
