Thank you for linking those, they look correctly scaled to me. I'm not sold on the shoulders nor the pendant. Other necks have commensurate offensive stats, and include stamina. Am I missing something?
Gnome's weapons intrigue me -- I'd love to hear more about why Gnome chose those.

Whoever suggested them is likely running an Agi stacked build and ignoring defensive/secondary minded stats. Feel free to take it with a grain of salt.
The Vibroblade has been an item that's been theorycrafted and talked about a lot on the Discord. A lot of people feel it's essential to making WW viable. The proc is really nice at helping secure kills and be competitive against other tankier dps. Gnome usually pops on the Discord here and there when we're Qing. I forget his forum tag.

Is the proc rate significantly higher than dazzling longsword?

ive also heard dazzling doesnt proc. I dont roll any classes that would utilize it but can someone for once please verify this with an ingame screen showing it proccing in a bg? that'd be great to squash this debate.

so vibroblade imo would technically be a very solid choice to at least roll with 1 for that armor reduc proc since it does work on vibroblade still.
