Which brackets are generally most active?

I'm interested in twinking battlegrounds once bfa comes out. Generally speaking, which brackets are the most active? I'm mainly interested in whatever group has the shortest queue timers.

Would that be the 19 bracket?

Roughly how long are these queue timers during peak hours?

19s or 29s are around 2-8 mins

queued a few on my 79 the other night and they're surprisingly active too

20-29 queues since bfa prepatch have faster than 10-19 for some reason since prepatch

everything pops though I'm sure, and 10-19s aren't too far behind

10-19s solo queue 2-4 minutes depending on day and time. About 1 minute wait with a 5 man squad.

Also I noticed AB pops more with random BG with a 5 man premade, for all those after AB rep but still want boxes

60-69 Has 3-6 minutes usualy, Both factions.

80 - 89 goes pretty fast for me.

Usually I'm in Pandaria mining ores, barely get 5 nodes before the queue pops.
