EU Looking for a twink guild.

Hi, im looking for a guild on english server. I already have some twinks (19 - 29 - 60 - 70) but there is nobody to play with on my server. I still don't know in which level there is the most people between 19 - 20 and 29 so feel free to help me with that. Also if you are looking for a specific class you can ask me, because i still don't know what to play. I want a hard one but who is good when you play "well". Thank you
