I was under the impression from past experience that WoD was not fallen under that SL restriction, but I cant provide any proof otherwise. I got so few socket procs as it was and if it wasnt epic I trashed em, lol... the few I kept were all SL slots.

Huh? edit- not exactly sure what you're saying but all the WoD stuff can proc socket except trinkets, AFAIK. It's other xpacs that have "SL restrictions".... isnt it? Did that change too? Used to be every slot for sure, but now I'm not sure, lol.
