It was posted on a different thread, but level 1 hunters who summon out of exile's reach and turn off XP, then port back, can learn tame pet abilities. If there is still a way to get out after Panda's can be warlocks, they too can learn the void walker pet ability.

just got this on my 45, to test your theory. This is from combining the two swords that drop off of bosses in Zul'Farrak, took about 5 runs to get both of them, 30 minutes.

I got Vanguards Linebreaking Bracer to drop a while ago. Should still be obtainable in Talador off of Legion Vanguard.

When I needed them for my level 10s I always ran Hyjal Summmit on all my toons. The raid zone has Ancient Gem Vein that have a good chance to contain Talasite. You can only run the raid once a week, but its definitely worth to run it on all the toons you can.
