For boosting? at 20 I would honestly go for fury warrior just for its trash clearing potential. You will not be downing bosses as fast as say a shadowpriest of resto druid but you make up for it with insane trash clearing speed. Resto druid is really close behind fury warrior for trash clearing...

life runs some wargames that you try getting into and randoms do pop but they have 29's so be warned. Yeah, you will need them to solo, my lvl 20 rogue can still sometimes die if I am not careful but I also dont have any timewalking gear on her.
