    the tour boat doesn't go anywhere from azure span when you're lvl 11 I guess? stood on it for 20 minutes and it just went out in the water and back to bay in azure span

    Is there a way for me to get to Zuldazar as a lvl 11 alliance player? Can't start the war campaign at lvl 11 Tried the boat in Azure span and it only circles in Azure span No I don't have friends to summon me :D
