Depends on how you look at the scoreboard, you're looking at who has gotten the most KB's in the pic, not done the most heals. You would be way up on the list if you changed the scoreboard to healing done.

Looks like it was a close game, too bad I wasn't huntery enough for the hunter club.

I get this a lot on my level 60 Enchanter, usually unequipping the weapon solves the issue. Nonetheless, I see it quite a bit.
