I looted it on a level 27 character :)

It's quite lucrative, it's always nice to see good item drops with the procs you want. You can farm level 20 green boes as well as epics with a level 27 now.

dedicated farm :) on a side note legion invasions have been popping up every 3 hours after they end

I had gotten them before the recent item level squish; they seem to have scaled accordingly. getting some after the squish will probably result in the same item level, I think.
