In Vanilla, EGH gives bonus to axes of some kind but the TBC changes it: EGH TBC link In TBC it provides 17 expertise. Great feedback... -

Yeah max level takes more buttons to do less, and feels like walking vs running. Best thing max is good for is grabbing tmogs, etc.
