I have hammer on my rogue and claiming its proc rate is high is a lie. You cant count on it to proc during a duel with another player. If outlaw just.. pistol shot. No need for slow.

Do you have any idea if my ilvl 48 mace will change in ilvl once patch drops or will I need a new character?

I'm not sure what would be better for a rogue. Probably ilvl 55 Midnight Mace but thats about it. So.. kinda close to BiS...

Ahh yes thank you. But you mention earlier "the quest cloak ends up being a little bit better." The source of highborne is world drop so which one is the quest cloak you are refering to here?

Humm, now I'm confused. Your list of items only provides world BoE drops. Highborne giving 11i/s 5vers. So trading 2 int for 5 vers on cloak i linked. :thinking: Tell me what im missing x)

I would never unequip these rings as long as proc rate stays the same as now. They help out, a lot. You should try them. Eye of Flame was cheap and its better than all other options besides the headdress imo so it was a big upgrade for little gold. Ofcourse a blackskull shield would be fancy to...
