I know but based off what I'm hearing with what Legin is saying isn't all daggers now calculated at 1.7 speed for special attacks? And if so, would this dagger be included or would you calculate the 2.0 speed because in the formal where x is the speed if you out in 1.7 then yes it wouldn't be so...

I wouldn't say it's pointless. The reason why this thread was made is if you actually own a Talon you will notice that it increases your dmg stats over any boa or boe dagger that is available and it's by a lot so people are wondering why such a big impact from a dagger that looks to be useless...
