    10 levels is the most you can bank but you can always level to like 21 too. literally 1 dungeon will bank you a level just lock your xp and gear through pve if you plan on subbing and vetting the toon in the future

    Nono i was thinking of doing that to lvl up a blood elfe faster for heritage armor, like play for free up to 20, prepare 25 quests, bank xp up to 30, and then when i got gametime i automatically up lvl 30 and more like 35 with the quests

    Depends on the bracket but in lower brackets staffs havent been bis for anyone since WoD.
