I misunderstood, gotcha. Thought the tool tip was wrong until it got into your bags.

I got one just to test it myself. It is still showing ilvl 30 even in my bag. If I equip it, you're saying it will revert to ilvl 65? Edit: This is on my lvl 30 DK.
