It's good, though I hear scouts blade mainhand/talon offhand is better, I'm not quite sure though. Vers enchants can be used effectively by all classes and generally is better than haste with few exceptions, rogue not really being one of them.

Really need the BoA weapon for the spellpower, not sure if you are working on it atm.
