Greetings Spent ages changing my abilities around in order to be ready for doing stuff. Even changed spec to (argh, spit) restoration. Went into a battleground, spec was still tank. Had absolutely no way to regain health other than waiting around. Painful.

The GM will get it sorted eventually. Without a GM you have a problem.

Hi After a third ticket a "specialist" GM contacted me, saw that I'd paid to unlock but that it hadn't worked, and unlocked it themselves. Now all good!

Greetings If you send a ticket you can get a GM to sort it out once you've paid to unlock.

Found a reply to my ticket earlier today. The GM told me that it was because there weren't any other people queueing in locked BGs. I begged to differ in my response. Still waiting on further communication...
