I agree with the allowance of hunters, but keep it limited to 2-3 per side. I don't know how other people felt about elemental shamans and thunderstorm, but to me I its seemed a bit unfair in certain locations. I think that tstorm and dominate mind shouldnt be allowed to send other players over...

You can make a toon on AP or just play any of your current characters. Kochist will be using CRZ to get everyone together onto the same server.
