    Are there any external apps/add-ons that Vets/f2p use to get around the communication restrictions? Right now they have a mix of subbed and unsubbed guild members. For some reason, I think Discord doesn't do what they want, but I'm not really sure of their needs.

    Nothing really useful I can think of. Maybe bc-cata reps might give you access to some enchanting recipie
    Chanting BOE Legs for Boomer/Resto. Ironscale, right? I don't wanna screw these up.

    OK, I think I see. So glad I asked, and thx for the help. The target char is currently 17 and will be indefinitely while I grind (eventually 20/vet, but that's why I was looking at the 19 column). I have a high-level that can apply the Ironscale to the ilvl26 legs and trade it back.. But the chant doesn't activate until the char is 32+? Or not ever for a ilvl26?

    The 17 is currently JC/herbs, but not real high skill( Classic 216/296) and I have other multiple chars on that server that cover those skills. Which prof would you recommend I drop? That JC isn't producing really (and no gf'd recipes) but the herbs bring in some gold as I'm out in the world. Drop the JC and take LW for now?

    Yes that’s right, the enchant might be able to be applied but it won’t actually function unless it’s in those specific range.

    JC could actually be worth keeping depending on your plans. There are multiple trinkets that require JC skill to wear that can be made with a relic of the past scaled level 14. Some of them have sockets, they can be viable for steady talasite fc build or others.
    What char level can get Relic drops from dungeons? It's not just Raids, right? Searched with google, and also the 29s SL thread. TIA

    I believe any dungeons that you can queue for can drop em. they are pretty low chance though.
    Any threads on OldWorld Chest loot? Req'd levels are all over: 10 below, 1 above,etc. No luck with forum search. 'chests' is too broad.
    Master Pit Fighter doesn't scale like AGM does, right? Wowhead correctly shows AGM 'scales with level' (breakeven ~lvl 25) but not MPF.

    It does not scale but it is also unequipable for 20s, if thats what youre asking. Regular Pit Fighter is your option.
    Searched but can't find: does banking xp on f2p ONLY happen at max level (20)? If I shut off xp at say, 10, do I bank?

    Disabling XP at Behsten/Slahtz prevents any more from being accrued to your toon. That's a different effect from the F2P/vet capping at 20, where the F2P version specifically allows XP banking.

    You can disable you are just then put into an xpoff Q for PvP, which means you won't see a pop.
    Searching 49-forum, but maybe you can save me trouble: Is HoA available to 45? Is it worth it? If yes, I'll keep looking. Or refer link. Thx

    Heya. Checked the 19s and 20s forums, but couldn't find: Is the # of Artifacts limited by level? An old 99 got 1; I have a low 20 with 2.

    You can get all 3 (4 druid) at low level.

    To add to that, yeah, during Legion (and BFA too I think, not entirely sure) you could only get 1 at 99/101 and all of them at 102.
    Just levelin thru, in & out of BGs. lvl 21. For BGs, is best gear from dungeons? Questing? Got the arti. Never done BfA. Should I BfA next?

    best gear for BGs while leveling: topping off your artifacts with highest level relics you can get from Legion quests/dungeons or the auction house; while also buying the cheapest enchants you can find off the auction house.

    BfA content has no special benefits below level 40.
    "No KR" tooltip says 'Special Event Reward: Completed' on my sub20s. Couldn't find any complaints on the Blizz forums, from a quick look.
