The stats diminish for ALL races except for Draenei, where it actually increases. At 29 all Draenei get 4 more mainstat. So look at the Draeneis on spreadsheet, and add +3 mainstat. There is your base stat. :) EDIT: And since it is an aura, it also counts in instanced PvP.

I saw some changes in the patch notes about the tabard collection. I got the 25tabards achievement aswell today with the patch. :) So that was probably intended!

I've understood not many people are, hehe! I think no levelers like the twinks from the opposite faction, and since these brackets has endgametwinks at lowest level it gets more of an annoyanse for some! Oh, I have no idea how I've missed that! I guess i never thought of looking for Mastery on...

Haha, what? Openworld is all about stats, not ilvl. As you said yourself, there are no ilvl requirements. And the stats of these items are better. Somr not even with socket included. And each socket is 10 agility. Alot of these items also has Mastery, wich is the 2nd stat you should prioritate...

For instanced PvP no, but for duels and doing the timewalking itself there are definetly BiS items. ;)
