Does anyone know about instanced pvp? When you're in a BG, does it just check the ilvl, then applies the 5% stat buff if you have the appropriate armor proficiency equipped? Or would a hunter wearing 1 cloth item have 1 item less of agility in the finally calculation?

I've noticed that I cannot use the engineering bombs in battlegrounds anymore and buff food is also gone. Parachute is usable again though :D excellent for disengaging with the flag over half the bg

90-99 battlegrounds (at least in EU) have a 10-20 min wait time during weekdays and don't pop at all before 12 o'clock. So if there is a reason to roll 109 instead of 99 it's the queue times that are sometimes instant during peak hours. edit: spoke too soon, they do pop, but the wait time is...
