This is what I'm wondering about. I noticed that at lvl 70 I didn't have much less hp than those 74s. Are those 4 levels, stat-wise, an actual downgrade, or? How much hp/resi/stat decrease could I expect? Also, I'm leveling a paladin, so having lvl 72 for wings sure is a big incentive to go...

I've tried out some 70 arena twinking lately and ended up fighting against lvl 74s. Is there any benefit then to stopping XP at 70, or should I level up to 74 before stopping, to get the biggest advantages for arena?
