Lvl 13 DH possible. Just need to cut another 200 xp.

I've gotten it down to lvl 14 200 xp. Theres a trick to not get XP from some of the quest mobs, did it on 2/6 of them on my last run. Each are 100+ xp saved when you pull it off

Damn keep it up! There's been a lot of theoricrafting to try and get a lvl 10 dh twink xD but ya lowest so far is 14.
