No it doesnt, CLS is not bound in any way... i farmed like 5 of them in 20 minutes, sent em to a 19 warrior, 60 warrior and a 60 rogue,

I'm sad that i own 3 frost and 3 arcane and now they are available to mog across everything :p... even if i have frost though i think that arcane looks nicer, specially with invasion gear. Purple ftw.

I'm actually pretty sure the requirement for this mount was lvl 40 if i'm not mistaken, i saw people with this already at 49 in classic, i shit you not.

Then I'm sorry for the doublepost, but im still celebrating as this is my last day of farming the invasion (Going away until monday..) And even though i will grind it to the end to get as many +10 as possible, i feel good about the rest beeing +5. :))
