If I'm not mistaken enhancement now gets stormstrike at level 10 on top of being able to use it with a shield equipped. And the new 1st enh talent is maelstrom weapon which for some reason requires level 12 to work so you prolly wont get much more from an 11 enhance. But let's be real why...
