You need 30 to enter hc dungeons after launch. Hc gems and vendor pvp gems Will most Likey get hotfixed to 2 + 2 stats rather than 5 strenght + 6 stam or 5 +5 But i guess you should prepare a 70 now untill launch

Head,legs, shoulder enchants is just downscaled a bit. Gems also, some gems are not hotfixed yet wich gives a lot stats still compared to what The gear gives.

after testing a couple days now i can only say good things about shadowlands tbh, a couple nice self proccing trinkets with strenght/agi and haste + alot of dungeons to spamm. Bfa zones are scaled to ur own level + i guess we can get some new decent q gear from some zones. only 2x bfa dungeons...

Shadowlands for 60 twinks is not too bad imo, ive been testing a bit now since a long break from wow and we got now alot of new gear Waiting for us available from wotlk dungeons. Shoulders With sockets and a lots of other stuff. No bc raids or wotlk raids are avaible to us tho Even that gems...

Yo Dante, If this would have been a bop item from lets say.. Trash in slave pens.. Then it would scale to 60 as slave pens is a 60 zone. But as boe it probably work like nagrand zone which drops epic bracers in a minimum of 64 lvl req. Anyways, I've seen many new hidden epic loots that drop...

Ambers health restore numbers are bugged. It tells it restores 3 k HP over 20 sec for 60 but it heals full in 2-3 sec. Try it
