    Hey, the trinkets do not proc for me either. By looking at wowhead, it seems there is a lvl required of 60 on the respective buffs. I reported this as a bug and I suggest you to do the same. I'm really hoping for a fix as those trinkets looks really nice to me.

    the honor 50 theory is not debunked. My account got lvl 50 yesterday and couldn't get a pop after this. The honor lvl 33 in the screenshot is just a low honor friend who queued with a friend of him high honor.
