So as someone who is doing normal quests in SL and am currently in Ardenweald, am I able to choose covenants on that character once I am done, or do I need a new one?

I've killed the Rusty Prince using the Personal Time Displacer on my lvl 20, so I can confirm he can spawn.

I don't see why not, it's not BoP so you can make it on your lvl 20 engi and learn it once you get gametime. Now it's easier with warbanks to have a special alchemist and engineer character for the living steel.

Since the warbank works now, you can stash your gold on your 20s above the 1k cap (although you can't withdraw more than 1k). The 1st slot even costs 1k exactly so no more buying Orboreal Shards to stash gold for vets.

BTW you can talk to the guy that turns on/off your xp , and he will gladly take 10g without doing anything. Tried it twice trying to turn on my xp gain while without a sub, but didn't work. Rip 20g.

On the TWW Dynamic Flight preview video they say that characters can get dynamic flight at level 15 (1:23)

With this you can earn bloody coins since our levels are up (i'm missing like 18 for the highest achievement) and borken bones for the gladiator arena in Ashran.

Only the notes sadly. Basically 'finish zone' means doing the last quest where you storm the docks which reward you said notes. Just know that you have to be in party sync the whole time, since if you leave the group you loose all your progress.

Remember, you can get two Assembly notes on one character even as a f2p with quest phasing (unless they've fixed that).

There was a MoP and Legion based projects that are done now, but as far as I know there is a lvl 30 (classic,tbc,wotlk) project going on but it's US only. If people get up a WoD project going on, I'd be down for it.
