    Dungeon items from BfA can proc sockets and tertiary stats. 5-10% chance.

    Any slot from bfa dungeons can upgrade. Bfa Rares drop 1 time kill loot also that can upgrade.

    WoD dungeons gear can +1 ilvl warforge and proc bonus tertiary stat. But no sockets. Some “apexis daily” area rares in wod can be farmed daily for socket upgrade.

    No other xpak dungeons drops upgrade
